Conveniently Scheduled Classes
Please contact me if you are interested in joining a group class first before showing up.
The studio will be heated to about 80-83 F or 26 to 28 C. This level of heat allows one to work safely with opening joints and muscles.
Things to bring to class: Yoga mat, water bottle, towe
