I believe in the deep connection between your mind and your body, and that one cannot heal if the other is out of balance. My work focuses on helping you access your subconscious mind to find the real root causes of your pain and blocks so that you can become aware of your triggers. I help you understand and reframe them in a way that will FREE you. I do this through the implementation of Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT), which can produce transformation in as little as one session.
After the initial RTT work with the Mind, we move to heal your body through the practice of Forrest Yoga and Huna Energy Healing. These healing modalities help to establish a solid Self Care and Self Love practice to nurture and nourish your Mind, Body and Spirit. Having a daily practice helps you maintain and build on your initial transformation to succeed in all areas of your life. I believe in the holistic approach of healing and providing regular support through 1 on 1 coaching to achieve the best long-lasting results.
