If you are knew to yoga, you can definitely start this practice. Please advise the instructor of any past or current injuries, surgeries and ailments that you have experienced. Forrest yoga is tailored to meet your needs in each and every pose. The key to evolve in this practice is your level of commitment to show up every week and an openness to feel, release and heal.
We strongly recommend that you attend an Introduction to Forrest Yoga series which comprehend 3 classes focused on the basics of Forrest yoga to build a strong Foundation for your practice. These series are offered when a group of new students join the studio or it can also be offered in private or semi-private sessions.
Introduction to Forrest yoga series will be offered on a demand basis as new students join our studio.
